Menstrual Cycle Hypnosis is a guided process where I accompany you as you journey into the deeper layers of your subconscious mind to discover the profound world that resides deep within you, and access the transformative powers that lie in your subconscious.
Often we connect to the menstrual cycle because of cycle related imbalances while remaining unaware of the deeper layers within the subconscious, that profoundly impact the way we feel about our experiences. The cycle holds deep knowledge about the so called "holes," where we get stuck in life, as well as resources to instantly transform these challenges and come home to our rightful sense of dignity, belonging, self worth and confidence.
In menstrual cycle hypnosis I guide you through an imaginary visual process through your menstrual cycle. We imagine it like a circle with four different phases (corresponding to the four phases of the cycle), through which we move one by one. We touch on energies, inner images and messages that are invisible to our everyday consciousness but that can be accessed from the subconscious. These images and messages are carriers of important meaning and transformative power.
Many parts of ourselves lie below the line of consciousness, preventing us to see them, name them and hence, own them. Yet they shape our experiences and sense of self without us realizing. We might end up being stuck with repetitive patterns and experiences without knowing how to change them. This can leave us feeling confused, powerless, helpless, unworthy and susceptible to the manipulation of hierarchical power dynamics. Hypnosis is an incredible tool to access our subconscious layers, bringing the unconscious to the conscious, and heal and claim what's been lying in the dark. "To tame the dragon, you need to name the dragon!" say the shamans from South America.
In the session you can:
- work with a particular difficulty or question that you need guidance and healing with,
- receive guidance and healing that your cycle holds for you relevant to the present moment,
- connect yourself back to yourself when feeling anxious, lost and stressed,
- learn to see the invisible powers at work in the four phases of your cycle and understand your actions and thoughts,
- discover and address the "holes" that keep you stuck in life through fear, insecurity, pain, lack of boundaries, lack of self awareness, confusion, anger, reactivity, burn out etc...
We begin with a deep relaxation to access the subconscious. Then I guide you to journey through all the four inner seasons of your cycle to receive and address the insights that come up in the process.
For certain topics one session may be enough. For others, other sessions might be necessary.
These sessions are deeply empowering and connect you with a larger sense of belonging. They can have many positive effects on your self worth, confidence as a woman, and dignity. Because through the hypnotic state you get more easily in touch with a place where the different parts of yourself connect, it is a powerful tool to bring yourself home to yourself, to integrate and process challenging experiencing.
