A woman's struggle in a world that doesn't know about cyclicity

Julika here. I am a 34 year old Yoga teacher, Tibetan translator, Mindfulness Teacher, Hypnotist, and Menstrual Cycle Coach, in love with living in tune with the rhythm of the menstrual cycle.

This is my story:
I suffered my whole life from very intense menstrual cramps and a sense of not belonging. My female body felt like a burden. I often wished to be a man.

Some years ago, while I was on a study retreat in Nepal, my menstrual cramps hit me as never before. I was about to faint from the intense pain. That's what it took me to realize that that was NOT normal! I felt like my body was trying to send me a message to which I never learned to listen. I had to get in touch with what was happening inside of me.

I started to get to know my female body and my menstrual cycle. Five years have passed since. My life turned 180° around.

My greatest insight? Our bodies are wiser than our brains. The more you ignore them, the more they rebel.

All of my life I had been living against my natural physical rhythms. In a society that so much emphasizes the masculine, not knowing better, most women adjust at the VERY HIGH price of silencing their female bodies, just like I did. That's probably the nr. 1 reason why so many women suffer from PMS, menstrual cramps, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety.....the list goes on. I had all of these symptoms.

A woman is cyclical in nature. That means that she is not meant to be the same, feel the same, perform the same every day of the month.

That probably was the greatest insight and gateway to my own freedom. That is why I am here, to show you, that there is another way: The Way of Cyclicity.

I'd be honored to be your guide on this journey.

Work with me 1:1 or in Workshops, online or in person. You can book a Cycle Consultation to address whatever needs attention right now. The sessions can take place in english, german or italian.
